Store Policy: 

Each product is handcrafted with natural butters and premium oils and formulated to enhance the overall appearance and texture of the skin. Recipes may include herbs, botanicals, clays, nuts, seeds, seed oils, mineral and dairy powders,etc..  please reference the product labels for ingredients. Handcrafted products are beautifully unique and may not look the same as those pictured. 

Shipping Policy: 

Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please carefully enter and review the shipping address before confirming the purchase. Orders are processed within 24 hours, after which, shipments may not be edited or canceled. PreSUDence is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. Insurance is secured on each shipment and claims can be placed with USPS or specified mail carrier. 

Refunds/ Exchanges:

We definitely desire you to enjoy your purchase, however, due to the handmade nature of our products, there will be no refunds or exchanges 24 hrs after orders are processed. Please carefully chose purchases.

Each soap bar  includes 1 full size bar weighing approximately 4.5 oz. Bars are wrapped individually and labeled for shipment. Store bars in a dry, cool place. Allow soap to dry between uses for optimum benefit. 

Body Butters are packaged in a clear PET plastic container. Please store in dry, cool, room temperature. Butters will melt above at high temperature.  

Body Scrubs are packaged in a clear PET plastic container. Scrubs are made with oils and butters. Please keep lids closed tightly as oils fand content may leak.
